Due to the nature of our products the items cannot be refunded. Please ensure you understand what you are buying and are happy with it.

In certain cases because of the tamper-proof seal, we may be able to refund CBD oil but that is only after inspection and confirmation that the product has not been opened.

Late or missing refunds.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
